Part Seven: Confirming Your Data in LiraDocs

LiraDocs provides detailed reports to help you assess your firm’s productivity and financial performance. These reports can also be used to verify the successful migration of your data.

LiraDocs Reports (Desktop)

• Full Matter List – Verify that all your matters have been successfully migrated.
• Full Client List – Ensure all client contacts have been transferred.
• Event Full List – View a list of all scheduled calendar events.
• Statute of Limitations Report – Check that all statute of limitation dates are correctly recorded.
• Referral Full List Report – Confirm that all referral sources have been properly included.
• Contacts List – Access a complete list of all contacts from the home screen.

LiraDocs Billing Reports

• Work in Progress Report – View a list of all un-invoiced time.
• Account Statements Report – See all transactions, balances, and invoices for each matter.
• Trust Balances Report – Check the trust balances currently held.
• Matter Balances Report – Review the balances associated with each matter.
