1. Scheduling Order with Set Dates
In some jurisdictions, scheduling orders come with firm dates for deadlines. If this applies to your firm, follow the steps below. When you apply this workflow, the task’s due dates will be automatically assigned.
Suggested Workflow Setup:
- Duplicate each task: One for the Attorney Responsible and one for the Person Assisting. Link them to the same due date for ease of management.
