As part of your subscription to LiraDocs, our Legal Configuration team can automate proprietary templates for your firm through TemplateLab. TemplateLab is a powerful feature that will save your firm time and prevent common drafting mistakes.
When selecting the templates for LiraDocs to automate, we recommend picking the documents and letters your firm generates multiple times a week and which are part of a repetitive process. It’s best to first automate simpler documents for the following reasons:
- Familiarization: Allows your firm to get acquainted with automation.
- Feedback Opportunity: Provides an opportunity to give feedback to our Legal Configuration team for future template automation.
- Judgment on Advanced Automation: Helps you decide if more complex automation for longer documents will be useful.
Important Notes:
- Submit clean versions of documents that do not have existing automation from other programs. Automation from external tools may conflict with LiraDocs automation.
- Submitting documents with existing automation may increase our team’s estimated turnaround time.
