Set up Personal Injury Matter Tags

Creating matter-specific tags in LiraDocs will help you categorize your personal injury matters for better organization. The tags will appear across the top of the Matter window and in the Tags column on the LiraDocs Matters tab.

Personal injury firms use tags to organize their matters and run custom reports. You can assign an unlimited number of tags to a matter, depending on your needs.

Personal Injury Matter Tag Examples

Personal Injury – Plaintiff:

Slip and Fall
Medical Malpractice
Nursing Home Abuse/Neglect
Animal Attack
Wrongful Death
Gross Negligence

Motor Vehicle Accident – Plaintiff:

Wrongful Death
Motorcycle
Truck
Bus
Construction Vehicle
UM/UIM

How to Assign or Edit Matter Tags:

Within Your Open Matter
- Click the + at the top right of the screen to add a tag.
- You can choose from Staff Tags (1) or Custom Tags (2).
- Click outside the tag box to close it.
To Add an Additional Tag:
- Click on Edit Tags and add more tags from the default options.

Did You Know?

You can organize your matters on the home screen by using the matter tags filter, making it easier to find specific cases based on tags.
