We understand that questions may arise outside of business hours. That’s why LiraDocs provides a comprehensive Support Hub and Knowledge Base that covers all aspects of the platform and is regularly updated. Simply select the question mark at the top of your LiraDocs client to access these resources.

Training Sessions

Your Onboarding Specialist may have already scheduled training sessions for you. If not, we strongly recommend booking one to ensure you are maximizing LiraDocs’ features.

Types of Training Offered:

Basics – Learn how to navigate the home screen, create new matters, integrate Word and Outlook with LiraDocs, and generate documents. Live webinar with Q&A included.

Essentials – Covers activity tracking, inputting time and expenses, task management, creating workflows, and using the LiraDocs Communicate app.

Billing – Introduction to setting up invoices, processing payments, trust deposits, and sending invoices. For advanced topics (trust accounting, reconciliation, bulk actions), book a Billing Q&A for one-on-one assistance.

Automation – Learn how to automate document generation and make minor edits or create basic templates.

General Q&A & Billing Q&A – After completing the Basics, Essentials, and Billing trainings, you can schedule a personalized Q&A session with a trainer to get tailored support.
