The LiraDocs team is here to help you and your firm get started smoothly. To ensure a seamless transition, follow these simple steps.

Step 1: Setting Up Your LiraDocs Account, Forms & Letterhead

For new firms, the first step is to complete our onboarding form included in your welcome email. Our team will then set up your LiraDocs account with:

  • All staff and user profiles
  • Access to automated templates tailored to your firm
  • Your firm’s letterhead

Step 2: Accessing LiraDocs

LiraDocs is a web-based platform, accessible from any device—PC, laptop, or mobile—without the need for installation. Simply log in via your preferred web browser to manage your firm’s matters efficiently.

Step 3: Preparing for Your Configuration Call

Your onboarding specialist will schedule all onboarding and training sessions for you. To make the most of your first call, we recommend:

  • Downloading Zoom – Our training team uses Zoom to guide you through LiraDocs during onboarding. Download Zoom for free before your first session.
  • Preparing Your Data – Import your existing contacts into LiraDocs to work with real data during training sessions.
